How We Get Paid

How do you define the historical baseline?
We define it together in the first session, based on your enrollment data from the past 2-3 years. It’s co-signed at the start of the partnership. No surprises.

Who pays for advertising spend?
Ad spend is handled separately and transparently. We manage the campaigns; you approve the budgets. Ad costs are not included in our success fees.

What happens if we don’t reach +15%?
You receive a full refund of your setup investment. No questions asked. This is a written commitment in our partnership agreement.

Can you work with our existing CRM?
Yes. We assess your current tools in the audit phase and integrate where possible. If a new CRM is needed, we handle the setup and migration.

How many schools do you work with simultaneously?
We work with a maximum of 3 schools at any given time to maintain full engagement quality. Availability is limited.

What is the minimum engagement duration?
A full admissions cycle — typically 6 to 12 months depending on your intake calendar. We can discuss specifics in your strategy session.
