About Ashref Ksouri




Ashraf has spent 10 years studying how families choose a school. Before founding Enrolia, he served as Marketing Director at École Canadienne de Tunis (ECT) — where he oversaw the growth from reactive admissions operations to a structured system generating 900+ new enrollments and +60% overall growth over three years.

His most recent engagement prior to Enrolia: GSING Djerba, an IB World School (PYP/MYP/DP) in Tunisia. In four months, he took the school from 9 enrolled students to 130 — at a cost of 27€ per enrolled student.

He founded Enrolia on one conviction: the best school doesn’t always win. The most visible one does. Enrolia exists to close that gap — and to only get paid when it does.
